• Keep costs very low for this first stage.
• No paid advertising.
• Use the bitcoin.com wallet or another suitable one.
• Highlight local.bitcoin.com.
• Describe your educational component.
• Write your 30-second sales speech for merchants.
• Demonstrate possession of a camera with a microphone so you can produce video.
• Explain how you will use local.bitcoin.com or some other tool or technique for making your nascent BCH merchant enclave sustainable, ideally self-sustaining and growing.
• Include a video of yourself presenting your plan in 4 minutes or less. Ideally, show your location (show the city or general area, not a wall or building interior unless it is interesting and clearly communicates the geographic location).
• Please deliver the raw, unedited video files via wetransfer, google drive, dropbox or even telegram (uncompressed) to @georgedonnelly
• No staging, no faking, all must be real.
• Clean video 16:9 ratio minimum width 1280px, horizontal, no logos or addition of anything, no blurring.
• Excellent audio is an absolute requirement. Audio must be clear and understandable without background noise, copyrighted elements or music.
• Demonstrate your commitment, passion, understanding of BCH and the principles of liberty.
• Tell us why you want to execute the plan you created.
• Show the area you want to target and why. Use google maps.
• Tell us your real name and show your face.
• Identify clearly who is the leader of the team.
• Produce a complete and polished solution the first time. If you waste my time with complaining, pressure to accept the solution, mediocre work and other unprofessional behaviors, your solution will be declined and I will likely not attempt to work with you again in the future.

Deliverables

• A perfect and complete written plan that is formatted professionally for legibility in a Google Doc shared with george@panmoni.com with editing privileges granted.
• A video per the above.
• 3 merchants already affiliated

Merchant Affiliation

A merchant is affiliated when the following conditions are met:

• The merchant has been oriented.
• The merchant has downloaded a wallet and securely stored their recovery phrase.
• The merchant has signed up for our email list (forthcoming).
• You have video evidence of all of this.
• You have a photo of yourself, the merchant, and the front of the place of business, showing the merchant's signage.
• You have a close-up photo of your face, the merchant's face and the merchant showing his wallet.
• The merchant is not already listed in map.bitcoin.com or another merchant directory.
• Full merchant contact information.

Other criteria will be added over time. This list is subject to change. The goal is to ensure 100% quality. All merchants submitted will be verified before anything is paid.

Further Conditions

• Population of your city must be greater than 100,000 people when I look it up on Google.
• Preference will be given to the cities of Lagos, Nigeria; Mumbai, India; and Caracas, Venezuela but that by no means rules out other cities. I would love to see cities other than these win this.
• You agree in advance that I, George Donnelly, will become the owner of all resulting media by accepting your solution. There may not be any copyrighted elements in your solution. You may not publish this information to read.cash, YouTube or anywhere else if I accept your solution.
• Acceptance is exclusively at my personal and subjective discretion.
• If you have applied for other tasks of mine, complete that first before applying for this task.
• Anything less than the absolute highest quality will be rejected.

Afiliación de comerciantes

Un comerciante está afiliado cuando se cumplen las siguientes condiciones:

• Se ha orientado al comerciante.
• El comerciante ha descargado una billetera y ha guardado de forma segura su frase de recuperación.
• El comerciante se ha registrado en nuestra lista de correo electrónico (próximamente).
• Tiene evidencia en video de todo esto.
• Tiene una foto suya, del comerciante y del frente del lugar de trabajo, que muestra la señalización del comerciante.
• Tiene una foto de primer plano de su rostro, el rostro del comerciante y el comerciante mostrando su billetera.
• El comerciante aún no figura en map.bitcoin.com u otro directorio de comerciantes.
• Información de contact completa para cada comerciante.
